Yes. While we have standard molds for Storm Water Drains and Box Culverts, our Sanand Factory is equipped to design and manufacture custom molds for specific project requirements, provided the volume justifies the customization.
Our infrastructure products are engineered for heavy-duty performance. We manufacture drains and culverts capable of withstanding Class AA and 70R vehicle loads, making them suitable for National Highways, Industrial Parks, and Airports.
We offer a complete “Supply & Install” solution. Our logistics team manages the transport of heavy modules to your site using flatbed trailers, and our technical team assists with the crane-based installation to ensure a perfect, leak-proof fit.
We use a precision-engineered Male-Female Jointing System (Tongue & Groove) that locks elements together for perfect alignment. During installation, we apply industrial-grade epoxy sealants or rubber gaskets between segments. This creates a flexible, watertight seal that prevents seepage and withstands ground settlement far better than rigid brick or stone masonry.
