This project was delivered through a high-level collaboration involving top-tier consultants to ensure zero compromise on quality. The structural and architectural design was led by S3M Design Consultants LLP, known for their expertise in complex industrial engineering, while Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) provided world-class Project Management Consultancy (PMC). Working alongside these industry leaders, Taksh Group executed the vision with precision, delivering a future-ready campus that blends heavy engineering capability with modern operational efficiency.
Constructing this massive facility on an 8,75,186 Sq. Ft. plot required a highly technical approach to support Yizumi’s vision of a modern, digital factory. The execution features a robust 2,42,046 Sq. Ft. built-up area, specifically engineered to house heavy-duty gantry cranes and automated assembly lines essential for manufacturing machines with clamping forces up to 4,000T. Taksh Group delivered a seamless infrastructure network of 2,15,178 Sq. Ft., including high-load reinforced concrete floors, specialized utility corridors, and dust-free assembly zones. The facility includes advanced features such as automatic lubrication systems, enclosed painting booths, and a layout optimized for lean manufacturing, ensuring that the heavy machinery production adheres to global quality and safety protocols.
