Developing this industrial campus on a 2,47,480 Sq. Ft. plot involved a unique strategic approach. unlike typical factories where the building dominates the land, this project prioritized logistics and future scalability. The initial built-up area of 43,040 Sq. Ft. serves as a highly efficient production core, while a massive 86,080 Sq. Ft. was dedicated to heavy-duty infrastructure. This high infrastructure-to-building ratio underscores the facility’s focus on rapid material movement — essential for a closure manufacturer where millions of units are dispatched daily. Taksh Group executed extensive internal concrete roads, wide turning aprons for heavy rigid trucks, and robust utility corridors to support future expansion phases without disrupting current operations.
The project was delivered in collaboration with R. G. Birla Consulting Engineers (Pune), a firm respected for its expertise in industrial structural design. Their engineering vision ensured that the facility could support the dynamic loads of high-speed molding machines while maintaining a dust-free environment crucial for food-grade packaging.
