This greenfield project in Sanand GIDC serves as a strategic export-oriented unit, significantly boosting Mallcom’s capacity to manufacture high-performance safety gear. By establishing this base in Gujarat’s industrial corridor, Mallcom leverages excellent port connectivity to accelerate international shipments while catering to the growing domestic demand for industrial safety solutions.

Constructed on an expansive 5,38,000 Sq. Ft. plot, this facility is designed to be a state-of-the-art manufacturing hub for a diverse range of PPE, including “Protech” gloves, safety helmets, and eyewear. The project features a robust 1,61,400 Sq. Ft. built-up area, engineered to house advanced automated machinery for knitting, dipping, and molding processes. Unlike standard factories, this campus focuses heavily on logistical efficiency, with 86,080 Sq. Ft. of dedicated infrastructure — including wide internal roads and utility corridors — to manage the high-volume movement of raw materials and finished goods. The plant is master-planned to support sustainable manufacturing practices, aligning with global compliance standards required for export markets, such as zero-liquid discharge and energy-efficient operations.

Our free remodeling estimates include a detailed written scope of work. At times, when necessary or when requested, we will provide renderings for you to view what your remodel will look like upon completion. Renderings look like a picture of your home and are a likeness of what your remodel will look like so you can visualize the space to be remodeled.

Roofing costs are heavily weighted to labor and insurance. Generally insurance is the difference. Contractors who don’t have insurance or who have restricted insurance will be less expensive. (For you, this savings may be no savings at all if something goes wrong.)

During our free consultation with you, we will discuss the duration of your project. The key element in completing your project in a timely manner is for you to be available during the process so you can select your products. In addition, we will need full access to your home during the remodel during regular work hours (Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm). We will not begin work on your home until all the materials have been received. Our company policy is to stay on your project until completion once we have started construction.

Yes. For every major project, we establish a dedicated Quality Control (QC) Lab directly on-site. Equipped with compression testing machines and slump cones, our technicians conduct daily material tests on concrete, steel, and aggregates to ensure every square inch of construction meets IS Codes and client specifications before it is approved.
