Job Overview 

We are looking for a skilled Tender Executive with experience in industrial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling complete tendering activities including estimation, BOQ preparation, and bid submission for contractor-based projects such as factories, warehouses, and industrial plants. 

Roles & Responsibilities 

• RFQ / Client PQ (Pre-Qualification) related all submission  

• Study and analyse tender documents, drawings, and specifications  

• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimation, and rate analysis  

• Handle online and offline tender submissions (Government & Private)  

• Coordinate with project, estimation, and procurement teams  

• Track tender deadlines, submissions, and follow-ups  

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals  

• Maintain proper tender records and documentation  

• Assist in contract review and negotiation support  

• Sub vendor PQ & Records  

Required Qualifications & Skills 

• B Tech / BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering  

• Experience in industrial projects (factories, warehouses, plants) preferred  

• Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, costing, and tendering process  

• Familiarity with government & private tender portals  

• Good command over MS Excel and documentation tools  

• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
