Alp Nishikawa (Unit 2)

This extensive industrial campus in Sanand GIDC serves as a critical manufacturing hub for ALP Nishikawa Pvt. Ltd., a 50:50 joint venture with Nishikawa Rubber Co. (Japan) and India’s leading manufacturer of EPDM and TPE automotive sealing systems. Strategically located in Gujarat’s thriving automotive cluster, this facility is positioned to supply high-performance weather strips and seals directly to major OEMs like Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, and Ford.

The project was delivered in close coordination with S3M Design Consultants LLP, a premier industrial consultancy known for value-added engineering solutions. Their design expertise ensured that both units met global manufacturing standards for space utilization and workflow efficiency. By integrating robust civil engineering with specialized industrial requirements, Taksh Group successfully delivered a future-ready campus that reinforces ALP Nishikawa’s leadership in the global automotive supply chain.

Executing this project required a phased and highly synchronized approach to develop two distinct manufacturing units on adjacent plots. The combined development spans a massive 2,23,960 Sq. Ft. land area (Unit 1: 83,960 Sq. Ft. & Unit 2: 1,40,000 Sq. Ft.), supporting a substantial total built-up area of 2,36,760 Sq. Ft.. The facility is engineered to house complex polymer processing lines, including mixing, extrusion, and molding sections. To support these operations, Taksh Group delivered a heavy-duty infrastructure network covering 61,770 Sq. Ft., ensuring seamless logistics, reliable utility distribution, and optimized material flow between the two units.

Our free remodeling estimates include a detailed written scope of work. At times, when necessary or when requested, we will provide renderings for you to view what your remodel will look like upon completion. Renderings look like a picture of your home and are a likeness of what your remodel will look like so you can visualize the space to be remodeled.

Roofing costs are heavily weighted to labor and insurance. Generally insurance is the difference. Contractors who don’t have insurance or who have restricted insurance will be less expensive. (For you, this savings may be no savings at all if something goes wrong.)

During our free consultation with you, we will discuss the duration of your project. The key element in completing your project in a timely manner is for you to be available during the process so you can select your products. In addition, we will need full access to your home during the remodel during regular work hours (Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm). We will not begin work on your home until all the materials have been received. Our company policy is to stay on your project until completion once we have started construction.

Yes. For every major project, we establish a dedicated Quality Control (QC) Lab directly on-site. Equipped with compression testing machines and slump cones, our technicians conduct daily material tests on concrete, steel, and aggregates to ensure every square inch of construction meets IS Codes and client specifications before it is approved.
