ESR Logistic Park (Gandhi Reality india Pvt. Ltd.) (Phase II)
This project represents a high-level collaboration with Gandhi Realty (India) Pvt. Ltd. to develop a world-class industrial and logistics park under the renowned ESR brand. Located in the Sanand GIDC, a rapidly emerging hub for electric vehicles and heavy engineering, this facility is strategically positioned to serve the logistics needs of major OEMs in Western India. By integrating Gandhi Realty’s local development expertise with ESR’s global standards for Grade-A warehousing, the project creates a robust supply chain node capable of supporting high-velocity distribution and manufacturing operations.
Executed in two massive phases, this logistic park exemplifies modern industrial efficiency. The development spans a strategic land parcel with a combined Phase I & II built-up area of over 6,55,000 Sq. Ft. (4,21,464 Sq. Ft. in Phase I and 23,40,00 Sq. Ft. in Phase II). Taksh Group’s scope involved constructing high-performance warehousing structures designed to meet international “Grade A” specifications. This included the installation of FM2-compliant super-flat flooring to support high-reach racking systems, 10-meter clear heights for maximum volumetric storage, and docking aprons optimized for heavy cargo movement. Beyond the building shell, we delivered a comprehensive infrastructure network of 49,549 Sq. Ft., featuring heavy-duty concrete pavements, advanced fire-fighting loops, and sustainable utility systems, ensuring the park is future-ready for automated logistics and EV-focused tenants.
The successful delivery of this multi-phase project was achieved through rigorous coordination with top-tier consultants. We worked alongside VMS Engineering & Design Services Pvt. Ltd. to ensure structural integrity and design optimization, while Facilities and Building Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (FABS) provided expert Project Management Consultancy (PMC). This tripartite collaboration ensured that both phases were handed over with “Zero Defects,” meeting the strict safety and quality benchmarks expected by global logistics operators.
