Truetzschler India Pvt. Ltd.

Truetzschler India Pvt. Ltd. is a key subsidiary of the German technology giant Trützschler Group SE, a world leader in textile machinery for spinning, nonwovens, and man-made fibers. This new facility in Sanand GIDC represents the company’s largest and most advanced manufacturing investment globally, designed to serve as a central hub for both the domestic Indian market and international exports. By consolidating operations into this mega-campus, Truetzschler has strengthened its ability to deliver cutting-edge “Intelligent Carding” machines and spinning preparation systems with significantly reduced lead times.

Developing this colossus on a 17,64,640 Sq. Ft. plot required a forward-thinking approach to industrial engineering. The project features a massive 4,64,832 Sq. Ft. built-up area, meticulously designed to function as an Industry 4.0-ready “Smart Factory”. Taksh Group delivered a comprehensive infrastructure network spanning 2,69,000 Sq. Ft., which supports heavy manufacturing flows while integrating sustainable features like solar power generation and rainwater harvesting. The facility includes climate-controlled precision machining areas, automated powder coating plants, and a dedicated Trützschler Training Academy, all engineered to maintain the highest global standards of production quality and employee safety.

This landmark project was delivered in close coordination with VMS Engineering & Design Services Pvt. Ltd., ensuring that the architectural and structural vision was executed without compromise. The facility operates under strict ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 certifications, reflecting a commitment to quality, environmental stewardship, and energy efficiency. Taksh Group’s execution expertise ensured that this complex industrial ecosystem — blending heavy engineering with delicate high-tech assembly — was delivered to exact specifications, reinforcing Truetzschler’s leadership in the textile engineering world.

Frequently Asked Questions

These sets of questionnaires and answers by experts can help get a better understanding of our general services, timeline & process.

Projects vary widely depending on your needs and budget. Our representatives visit with you to better understand your home remodeling needs. At Konstruktion Home Improvements we do more than give you a quote. We provide you with the information you need to make the right decisions for your home.

Our representatives take time to explain the details regarding your project. We answer all of your questions and explain our estimates for your home improvement project.

There is no obligation. Give us some time to review your wish list and we will give you valuable information. We believe that an educated consumer is our best customer!

Our free remodeling estimates include a detailed written scope of work. At times, when necessary or when requested, we will provide renderings for you to view what your remodel will look like upon completion. Renderings look like a picture of your home and are a likeness of what your remodel will look like so you can visualize the space to be remodeled.

Roofing costs are heavily weighted to labor and insurance. Generally insurance is the difference. Contractors who don’t have insurance or who have restricted insurance will be less expensive. (For you, this savings may be no savings at all if something goes wrong.)

During our free consultation with you, we will discuss the duration of your project. The key element in completing your project in a timely manner is for you to be available during the process so you can select your products. In addition, we will need full access to your home during the remodel during regular work hours (Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm). We will not begin work on your home until all the materials have been received. Our company policy is to stay on your project until completion once we have started construction.

Yes. For every major project, we establish a dedicated Quality Control (QC) Lab directly on-site. Equipped with compression testing machines and slump cones, our technicians conduct daily material tests on concrete, steel, and aggregates to ensure every square inch of construction meets IS Codes and client specifications before it is approved.
